Well, it is just a conservative way to say "being a housewife is cool". More power to her, but I think it is more for the benefit of the conservative men. Like when the pope say "men and women are different and complementary, but equal in dignity". Once you put it into context, it is clear he meant women in the house serving men. Beautiful words to convey the same old ideas. XD
