Well, there are differences about what is considered feminine in Europe vs US. Or in asia. There are differences about what we consider gender depending on our countries and time. But part of our gender is how others treat us depending on how they see us.
Our first experiences with gender have nothing to do with what we do, but how others treat us. Why girls have their ears pierced as babies? So others can tell that they "aren't boys" and treat them differently. This is not much different. You treat someone different because they have a penis and you focus on that, on their bodies, not who they actually are or what they do.
It is your choice, but I find it unpractical.
