I'll invite you to use google in order to expand your understanding of real world. I'm afraid that to ignore that men are still pushing laws to control women's bodies you need to be willfully ignorant. And it is not just pregnancy, since laws that supposedly protect women againts sexual abuse or rape are rarely enforced which means that, in practice, women don't enjoy the same rights as men.
If you want to claim that I do not understand the real world, the minimum you should do is to read more yourself and don't negate things that can easily find using any searching engine.
And banning choice for women is not about life, since men are allowed to not donate marrow even to save another person's life:

And donating marrow is less hard on the body than pregnancy. It is what it is, men's body integrity is respected, women's body integrity is not.
