You don't support victims.
Sorry, but you focus on when they speak out not considering what the victims might have go through.
I want to point out that you haven't listen to them or investigated if what they said is true. You haven't look at the evidence or payed attention to witnesses. You simply dismised to what they said because you don't want to believe it.
And your behaviour is exactly the reason many women doesn't speak in the moment.
Well, that means that if you have a daughter or nieces, if something happen to them, they would know for sure that they can't trust you. Ever. And yes, we do know that conservatives repeat that they would "fiercily" defend their families, but those girls would know the truth: you won't and you would punish them if they speak out.
So I don't find it odd at all that they speak up now, as a last desperate attempt of not having to see their abuser as president and having to remember the SA every time he is on screen. If you have tried to bury the memories in order to survive, that suredly open all the wounds.
Then again, the message by people like you is clear: "you can't count on us, we'll attack you if you speak up". At least you should own that and not be surprised if those women distance from you and other conservatives. Is your own doing.
