You keep insisting on that. But it is not nature, it is society and that goes beyond what you learn at home.

To put an example. Imagine the classical jail shower example. Imagine that you are surrounded by bigger guys than you. Then one of them drops the soap. They might not mean anything, but if you have seen the movies, you know that it is an implicit rape threat. To you, a man. You would feel distress because they are bigger than you, they can go throgh. And even if they do nothing else, if they smile while looking at you when they drop the soap, you would know that the message is "I could do that to you".

Well, there is a hell more situations that can be read in the same light for women. And it is constant reminder. From the guy who grabs your ass at the subway to the one who comes to close at an empty street when there is no need. Or the one who follows you.

To change the socialization, all people should change focus on how rapist are the ones in the wrong instead of all the things that women should do, or not do to avoid rape. But I dont' see that happening soon.
