You make good points. I don't hate Kim, neither I'm a follower. Probably because I just have different interest. But even if I don't follow her, I can say that she does what she wants and there is power in that. Also, she was the most famous of the two and the one who made more money. She is very successful and people dislike successful women.

And even if she is not a feminist, just by doing what she wants, she is normalizing many things. Like a woman making more money than her husbands, being independent, having a younger boyfriends and keep counting, since she keeps living.

So even as a "non fan" I can see things she has done that I like. And she looked great as Poison Ivy (like a pro-cosplayer) which is more on my alley. Point is, she has give her fans (and non fans) a gift. She is unmasking the misogynist. Now that you have indentify them, you can just "drift away" slowly and remove them from your life or minimize contact.
