And as my example of the risk of nursing with COVID vs office jobs, not all risk are considered to set wages. Or if that if you consider fair to discriminate women for pregnancy, then it would only be fair to discriminate smokers who are more likely to have health problems that made them skip work...

I mean, if we all deserve the truth, where are the data to support that all those things have been considered?
