You might want to check your data. Because the fact is that nothing supports that women are using sex or their appearance to get better grades or be hired. Also, unemployment rates are usually higher among women.

You might also want to reconsider why the grading system have changed, because it is not because women, but because private sector wants good workers. And good workers need to comply with this:

1. Attend to work which relates to attend to classes.

2. Turn assignments in time which relates with turning class assignments to be graded.

3. Be polite wich relates whith behaving well in class.

4. Be ready at any time that they train you with surprise exams that force you to study daily.

At the end of the day, the real reason boys aren't doing that well is because they have different priorities like sports or socializing. They don't want to be considered "nerds". But nerds do well at academics and once they start working. Just saying.
