Your comment is as irrational as it comes. It is capitalism the one who has set incentives to lower wages for truckers, port workers and warehouses. So people don't want to work there and you have bottlenecks.

"Pay them more" is the capitalist answer to "fix it". Except, there are people profiting from the shortages because market is not perfect. So unless you pass the cost of shortages on them, the problem won't be fixed.
